I founded Kato Digital because I believe we have the data to define our decisions and our appetite for risk. Time spent debating whether or not something is true, when we can verify it, is time taken away from moving the organization forward.
I spent 6 years in the military, supporting lean special operation teams locally and abroad. In this environment, guessing can end in tragedy, mission execution needs commitment, and high value information is our greatest force multiplier. Today, I want to take the principles our intelligence teams know and apply them to business.
